During the warranty period, no maintenance or replacement of equipment is required (except for faults caused by human factors).We will take the fault reported by users seriously, respond within 1 hour according to the principle of rapid handling, and arrive at the site as soon as the customer needs to deal with the problems or faults raised by users.

The products signed and delivered by both parties are provided free of charge for the operation and basic maintenance of all the equipment supplied in the agreement. Free installation and commissioning of the products ensures that the products can run normally.
Beyond the warranty period, the company will provide paid maintenance service for life and provide preferential spare parts service.The use and cost of the components involved shall be determined according to the actual situation, and the after-sales strategy shall be adopted to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in case of customer's equipment failure.
